Our Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or exchange can only be done if the product is different from the product ordered by you. We cannot accept the product if the packet is teared or the product is used. We always recommend you to order our trial pack first.

In case of customer receive defective tea ware and gift box, can raise a query for returns and replacement, and also need to attach an image of the defective product for evaluate.

Exchange can only be done under the same customer account and availability of the product on the same billing address.
